Gujrat Waste Management Company invites electronic bids through EPADS for the providing and fixing of tempered glass with aluminium frame at the office of Gujrat Waste Management Company in District Gujrat, Punjab. The project has an estimated cost of 5.890 million PKR and falls under the Current Financial Year Budget 2025-2026 at MRS 1st Biannual 2026. This is an open competitive bidding procurement conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
Eligible bidders must be well reputed and financially sound firms, contractors, or companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on EPADS with active tax status including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax registrations where applicable. Bidders must hold a valid PEC License in relevant category codes and provide a fresh affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted by PPRA nor are currently in litigation. The bid security required is PKR 294,500 (five percent of estimated cost) payable to the Chief Executive Officer of Gujrat Waste Management Company.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 25 July 2026 at 10:00 AM with the original bid security submitted in hard copy to the office of Gujrat Waste Management Company at Deputy Commissioner Complex, Gujrat by the same deadline. Bids will be opened on 25 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All lots and items must be quoted by participating firms; incomplete, ambiguous, or unfilled bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
