Description / Scope of Work
Government College Women University Faisalabad, Department of Engineering Works, is inviting electronic tenders for additional civil works at Maryam Hostel on the basis of Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The estimated project value is Rs. 1,939,992 with a completion period of 30 days. The tender is being procured under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended 2024) in compliance with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidding firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current fiscal year 2025-26 and registered on E-PADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The work is located in Faisalabad, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must submit comprehensive documentation including name and qualifications of management, Federal Board of Revenue registration certificate, Punjab Revenue Authority registration certificate, valid PEC license for fiscal year 2025-26, government receipt for professional tax, relevant registration certificates, partnership deed where applicable, and an affidavit on stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting and absence of litigation with government entities. Bid security of Rs. 96,999 (5 percent of estimated amount) must be submitted as CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer GCWUF both online on E-PADS and in physical form at the Chief Engineer Office.

The terminal deadline for uploading bids and CDR on E-PADS is 16 July 2026 at 09:00 AM, with physical submission of security documents due by the same date and time at the Chief Engineer Office, 1st Floor, Admin Block. Technical bid opening is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of respective bidders. Bidders must quote rates against each standard and non-standard item of the approved signed DNIT instead of percentages, and conditional tenders or those without bid security will be rejected.
