Islamabad Electric Supply Company invites sealed competitive bids from pre-qualified manufacturers and suppliers for the procurement of a comprehensive range of electrical materials and equipment for the year 2026-27. This tender covers over thirty categories of items including pole-mounted distribution transformers ranging from 25 KVA to 200 KVA, steel structures, conductors, transformers with radial and ACSR specifications, meters with communication modules, steel items, and miscellaneous electrical components. The tender is issued under valid archibridge approval for supply of materials on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and associated areas in the Federal region. The estimated value of bid security for various items ranges from approximately 1.62 million to 7.73 million rupees, with total procurement quantities specified for each material category.
Eligibility is restricted to manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal), Standard & Specification Department IESCO/CMS/OCS, and FBR for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must possess valid archibridge approval of applicability for the supply of materials on free delivery basis. Bid security deposits are required as specified against each tender item, with amounts varying based on the quantity and unit cost of materials. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with proper documentation and comply with IESCO procurement regulations and specifications.
Bid documents and detailed tender specifications can be obtained from IESCO head office in Islamabad during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted at the specified IESCO location by 10:30 AM on the closing date of July 17, 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
