Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services under the IESCO-PMU Fund for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contract pertains to the NCB-27B Shifting of Power Transformers for replacement of damaged 10/11 MVA Power Transformer (T-2) at 132KV Grid Station Chaint under IESCO System Constraints. The procurement is being conducted in Islamabad, Federal Territory, with funds allocated from the IESCO-PMU budget for eligible payments under this contract. Single-stage one envelope procedure of principal method of open competitive bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be adopted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and Authority Instructions issued from time to time.
Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, which may be in the form of call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and all requirements are available in the e-bidding documents published on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Bid documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with e-bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not permitted. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
