Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Department Building Division-II Peshawar invites sealed bids from approved contractors registered with C&W Department through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for two accelerated sustainable development initiative projects in District Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first project involves improvement to government school building in District Peshawar Sub Head with an estimated cost of PKR 5,000, while the second project concerns repair and renovation of a school building in Khalisa-i-S. Maidak Temam with an estimated cost of PKR 15,000. Both projects are located in Peshawar and require contractors to be registered with valid licenses from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year.
Bidders must be approved contractors of the C&W Department with valid PEC licenses and must submit their bids electronically in the form of Call Deposit and Rate on Tender Form, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and relevant bid solicitation documents through the E-PADS system. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost or additional security as specified is required and must be submitted through scheduled bank call deposits. Bidders are required to submit CDR from scheduled banks for each bid totaling PKR 20.03% of the estimated cost without fail; failure to do so will result in bid rejection.
Tender forms, BOQ, and complete bid solicitation documents must be downloaded from the E-PADS website at https://sp.eprocure.gov.pk and from the C&W website www.cwd.ghp.pk prior to the opening time on 22 July 2026. All bids must be uploaded electronically through the E-PADS system before the closing deadline at 12:00 hours on the same date. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on ABOVE/BELOW/AT-PAR basis with rates clearly indicated as per applicable rules.
