Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. The tender is being floated on an FCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores in Multan, Punjab, with a tendered quantity of 1341 numbers. The material procurement follows the Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended to date), and all quoted rates must be in local currency without involving any foreign exchange, inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and GST charges.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 (Electronic Procurement Auction and Distribution System) and are required to submit their complete bidding documents through the EPADS platform. Bid security or guarantee must be provided in the original form as a fixed amount mentioned in the bidding documents, in the shape of a Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan. The bid validity period and other technical eligibility requirements are detailed in the full bidding documents available to registered bidders on the EPADS 2.0 portal at www.pa.epads.gov.pk.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, method of procurement, procedure of submission and evaluation criteria are accessible to registered bidders on EPADS 2.0. The electronic bids shall be opened half an hour after the bid submission deadline using EPADS 2.0, with manual bids not being accepted. Bidders wishing to attend the bid opening are welcome to be present at MEPCO Khanewal Road office of the Director (Procurement) in Multan on the scheduled date and time.
