Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites competitive bids from eligible contractors registered on EPADS V2.0 for the provision of cafeteria services at MEPCO Headquarters and RTC (Regional Training Centre) located in Multan, Punjab. The tender is issued under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules. Detailed bidding documents containing complete specifications, terms and conditions, and technical requirements are available for download on the EPADS portal at www.epads.gov.pk for all registered bidders. Interested contractors must register themselves on EPADS before participating in this procurement.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS V2.0 and hold relevant licenses for cafeteria operations. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a Deposit, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan. The bid documents specify the fixed amount for bid security that must accompany each submission. All bids must be original and prepared according to tender specifications.
Bidding documents will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Sealed bids must be submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the tender number to the office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan, before the E-BID submission deadline.
