Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers for the provision, supply, and commissioning of passive cabling work at its Main Campus located in Karachi, Sindh province. This tender is referenced as IT/18/25-26 and follows a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The project scope encompasses complete passive cabling infrastructure work with mandatory site survey scheduled for July 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM at IBA Main Campus, allowing bidders to assess requirements and site conditions in Karachi before submission.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan. The tender requires submission of bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft valued at 2% of the bid amount, payable to IBA Karachi. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid through a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Bidders are required to submit duly signed and stamped original bids along with original bid security documentation to IBA Karachi before the bid opening on July 17, 2026.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS between July 2 and July 17, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Original bid security and signed bid documents should be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the opening scheduled for July 17, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
