General Headquarters Signals Directorate Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of Information Technology based equipment including underground cables, improved field cables, hybrid cables, drop wires, jumper wires, distribution points, cabinets, jointing kits and cabinet strips for the financial year 2026/27 on a Rawalpindi basis. The tender encompasses various cable configurations ranging from 10 pairs to 300 pairs in 0.6mm and 0.9mm specifications, along with associated networking components and accessories. This procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors and contractors registered with relevant Pakistani tax authorities and security-cleared organizations.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and hold security clearances from reputed government departments including the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defence Production, or Ministry of Information Technology. Participating firms should demonstrate their credentials and compliance with all prescribed regulatory requirements. No refurbished items will be accepted, and firms found contradicting prescribed rules face disqualification. Bid security and other financial requirements apply as per tender conditions.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from General Headquarters Signals Battalion Quarter Master Branch at Adayala Road Rawalpindi on working days upon provision of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 10,000.00 by bank draft. Sealed tenders with technical brochures and samples must be submitted by 14 July 2026 at 1030 hours, with technical proposals opening at 1100 hours on the same date.
