Supply of Polyamide and Polyurethane Protective Coating for Vertical Tanks

The epoxy primer must be a two-component high build epoxy primer mastic coating with polyamide cured composition, grey colour, minimum 80% volume solids, and 100–200 microns dry film thickness per coat. The topcoat paint must be a two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating in light sand or beige tone with 63±2% volume solids, 70–85 GU gloss level, and 50–100 microns dry film thickness. Both products must meet PSO's specifications for temperature resistance, adhesion properties, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. Materials must be genuine, traceable to the original manufacturer, sourced from fresh stock, and supplied with complete technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and quality certification. Any defective or non-conforming material shall be replaced at no additional cost.

Quotations must be submitted by 17 July 2026 with all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, and delivery charges inclusive. Work completion period is 25 calendar days from the work order issuance date. Late completion attracts a penalty of 0.1% per day of the work order value, subject to a maximum of 10% of total value. Invoices may be submitted only after obtaining the work completion certificate from the concerned location. PSO reserves the right to inspect, verify, and reject any material that does not comply with approved specifications. Payment shall be processed as per PSO's standard payment terms after satisfactory completion and submission of all required documents.
