Description / Scope of Work
Transpower Workshop, operating under Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO), is inviting sealed bids for the supply of HT/LT coils, LT copper wire, and repairing services of LT coils for various capacity distribution transformers. The procurement covers 50 KVA routine and low loss transformers, 25 KVA routine transformers, and supply of allied materials for 200, 100, 50 and 25 KVA damaged distribution transformers. This is a national single-stage, one-envelope bidding process managed by the Deputy Manager at the Transpower Workshop located at Sheikh Manda Airport Road, Sadar, Quetta in Balochistan Province. The scope includes both routine maintenance items and specialized repair components essential for distribution transformer rehabilitation and operational continuity.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate relevant experience in transformer component supply and repair services, with valid business registration and applicable trade licenses. Bidders must submit a bid security declaration as per the prescribed format to ensure commitment and compliance with procurement standards. All submissions must be complete with supporting documentation including past experience records, financial capacity statements, and integrity pact signatures as outlined in the bidding document.
