Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from qualified firms and bidders through the E-PADS (Version 2.0) platform for disposal of unserviceable and scrap material. The tender encompasses three lots: Lot 01 contains 80,000 kilograms of ACSR Lynx dismantled conductor with hardware including jumpers, dead end bodies and related components; Lot 02 comprises 3,152 kilograms of cardboard and bill paper wastage; and Lot 03 includes 100,000 kilograms of iron scrap from structures and trollies. The materials are currently stored at Warehouse CKM, Disposal Store Fazaiya under the Chief IT Directorate, and Regional Store Shalamar, all located in Lahore, Punjab. Items are offered on an as-is-where-is basis with total bid security requirements of 1,100,000 Pakistani rupees for Lot 01, 6,000 rupees for Lot 02, and 250,000 rupees for Lot 03. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA-2004) following Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
Interested bidders must possess valid business registration and appropriate documentation to participate. All participating firms are required to submit mandatory bid security in acceptable form to the Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Head Office before the scheduled bid submission time. Eligible bidders may inspect the scrap materials at the designated locations during official working hours. Reserve prices are quoted exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment as per government regulations.

The tender opening and bid submission is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
