Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through E-PADS (Version 2.0) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Two lots of ACSR conductors are being offered for disposal on an as-is-where-is basis: Lot 1 comprises ACSR Rail Dismantled Conductor with hardware including jumpers and dead-end bodies totaling 61,095 kilograms with a bid security of PKR 700,000, and Lot 2 comprises ACSR Lynx Dismantled Conductor with similar hardware totaling 28,506 kilograms with a bid security of PKR 400,000. The materials are stored at LESCO Warehouse CKM and Disposal Store Fazaiya in Punjab and may be inspected by interested bidders during working hours.
Eligible bidders must submit original bid security in acceptable form to the office of Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Headquarters before the bid submission deadline. The tender is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA-2004 amendments through the national E-PADS platform. Reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be levied separately at the time of final payment as per government regulations.
Detailed bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website and E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before the scheduled closing date of 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same date and time. Prospective bidders should carefully review all terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, and undertaking provisions outlined in Parts A through E of the bidding documents before submitting their offers.
