Bulk Purchase of Medical Stores and NIF Lab Items by PNS Hafeez Naval Hospital

PNS Hafeez Naval Hospital, Sector E-8 Islamabad, invites sealed tenders for the bulk purchase of medical stores and NIF laboratory items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to financially sound manufacturers, distributors, and importers of Islamabad and Rawalpindi holding authorized licenses for bulk sale of laboratory kits and disposable items. The tender process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules, and interested bidders are required to submit their offers before 23 July 2026 at 1000 AM, with opening scheduled for 1100 AM the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.

Eligibility requirements mandate that all bidders must be prequalified and registered with the Government of Pakistan for sales, NTN (National Tax Number), and professional taxes. Additionally, manufacturers, distributors, and importers must be security-wise cleared or registered with HQs COMNOR or any other Naval Authority, or must be undergoing the security clearance process. Bidders blacklisted by DGDP, Federal Government, or Provincial Government will not be entertained. The tender submission shall comprise two separate sealed envelopes: one marked Technical Proposal containing specifications, and another marked Financial Proposal containing bid prices. Bids must remain valid for at least 120 days from the opening date, and no conditional bids will be accepted.

Tender documents are available for purchase at Rs. 1000 from the Office of the OI/C Medical Store at PNS Hafeez, Sector E-8 Islamabad, available during working hours from 0900 to 1400 hours.
