Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well-reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of aggregation switches under tender reference CPD/2026/T-091. This procurement is being conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding process via the E-Pads portal. The tender covers the supply and delivery of aggregation switches with all applicable taxes and delivery charges to be included in the quoted prices. The procurement scope includes equipment that meets the bank's networking infrastructure requirements across Punjab province.
Bidders must be duly registered with valid NTN and GST registration certificates. A bid security equivalent to a minimum of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to the Head Centralized Procurement Department before the submission deadline in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab. Only organizations with proven reputation and relevant experience in supplying telecommunications or networking equipment are eligible to participate. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal with a copy of the bid security uploaded as part of the technical bid envelope.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the E-Pads portal and PPRA website. All bids must be uploaded and submitted by 16 July 2026 at 11:00 am through the E-Pads portal. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequent date to be announced.
