The Medical Superintendent of Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jampur invites open auction for two commercial facilities for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction comprises two separate items: auction of parking stand with a bid security of PKR 200,000 and auction of canteen operations with a bid security of PKR 100,000. Both facilities are being auctioned for a one-year term from 2026 to 2027. The auction is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and regulations. Eligible bidders must submit documents in a sealed envelope containing an active NTN (National Tax Number) registration certificate and active PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority) number, which are compulsory for all participants. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted from PPRA Punjab and THQ Hospital Jampur, and must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must also confirm they will not pursue litigation against the hospital or procuring agency and will pay taxes according to applicable government rules and regulations. The bid security amount is PKR 200,000 for the parking stand auction and PKR 100,000 for the canteen auction.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://thqjampur.punjab.gov.pk/ or accessed through www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the bid closing date. The last date for bid submission is 16 July 2026 at 9:00 AM for parking stand and 9:30 AM for canteen. Auction opening will take place on 16 July 2026 at 9:30 AM for parking stand and 10:00 AM for canteen in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jampur. If the auction cannot be conducted on the specified date due to public holiday or any other reason, it will be rescheduled for the next working day, or if necessary, will be conducted on 24 July 2026.
