Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids for disposal of public assets through open auction of collection rights for Suzuki wagon stand fee on an as-is-where-is basis. The e-auction is being conducted under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 via the EPADS v2.0 platform. This is a revenue collection rights contract for the Rawalpindi Cantonment area in Punjab province. Interested bidders can access detailed bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications through the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk using Disposal Activity ID D10486.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both income tax and sales tax purposes and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Eligible participants include firms, companies, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, and private or public limited companies. PEC registration may be required if the disposal involves civil, electrical or mechanical works. Manual bids will not be accepted and all participation must occur online through registered EPADS v2.0 accounts.
The e-auction remains open until Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 02:00 PM with online review and evaluation scheduled for 03:30 PM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing deadline, after which the highest offeror will be automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS v2.0 system.
