Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, headquartered in Lahore, Punjab, invites competitive bids for the procurement of 2000 units of Cisco Network Access Control licenses. This procurement is being conducted through the Centralized Procurement Department under PPRA rules following a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 14,000,000 and the tender covers supply, delivery, and installation of Network Access Control (NAC) licenses at designated sites across Pakistan within 4 to 8 weeks of purchase order issuance. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal and must include comprehensive technical specifications, warranty support details, and pricing in USD currency.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility requirements including submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 14,000,000) in favor of The Bank of Punjab. The bid security must be denominated in Pakistani Rupees and issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. All bid prices must be quoted in USD only and must include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax. Bids not meeting these fundamental requirements will be considered non-responsive and rejected. Bidders must comply strictly with all technical specifications outlined in Schedule-A and delivery timelines; failure to supply within the stipulated period will result in penalties and forfeiture of bid security.
Bid submission closes on 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Head Centralized Procurement, 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents and submit sealed envelopes containing the 2% bid security deposit to the specified address before the deadline.
