Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shujabad, located in Multan district, Punjab, invites sealed bids for parking services contract valid from 2026-2027 up to 30 June 2027. The contractor shall provide round-the-clock parking management services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including Sundays and holidays. Services include parking area regulation with attendants, facility maintenance, security arrangements for parked vehicles, cleanliness management, and collection of fixed parking fees at approved rates of Rs. 20 for motorcycles/rickshaws and Rs. 50 for cars. The contract scope includes provision of one supervisor for first shift and two additional staff members for first and second shifts respectively. The basic auction amount is Rs. 825,000 and the contract will be awarded to the firm offering the maximum amount for parking and security services. All equipment installation is the contractor's responsibility, and free parking must be provided to hospital staff.
Eligibility criteria require that prospective contractors must not be defaulters of any dues to local government, must not have been blacklisted by any government department, must not be declared insolvent, and must be legally competent to enter into agreements. Contractors must submit bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a bank CDR from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The successful bidder must deposit 33 percent of the final contract amount within one week of award issuance, with the remaining amount deposited in three equal monthly installments before contract expiry. All applicable taxes including income tax and provincial sales tax must be borne by the firm, and the contractor must provide personal bio-data of all staff members to the hospital's HR and Legal Officer before contract execution.
Bid documents can be obtained up to 18 July 2026 at 9:00 AM from the Procurement Office, Room No. 4, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shujabad, Railways Road, Shujabad, District Multan. Sealed bids must be submitted by 18 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 18 July 2026 at 10:30 AM.
