THQ Hospital Jampur invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers for the procurement and supply of biomedical gases and medical gas under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The bidding is open to all eligible firms having active National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). This is a critical healthcare procurement for the hospital located in Jampur, Punjab, covering the supply of essential medical gases required for patient care and hospital operations throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must be financially sound firms with experience in institutional business and gas supply. Bidders are required to submit an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted from THQ Hospital Jampur or PPRA, and that the firm will not quote below rates to any other government institution in FY 2026-27. Bid security of 1% of the estimated price must be provided in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bidder must also undertake an affidavit confirming that gases are of biomedical quality and commit to maintaining a minimum rotation of 100 cylinders.
Bidding documents are available until 16 July 2026 at 12:30 PM on the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the E-Procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk), and the THQ Jampur website (https://thqjampur.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted via E-PAD on or before 12:30 PM on 16 July 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1:00 PM the same day at the office of THQ Hospital Jampur. The supplier must ensure a maximum lead time of 6 hours for gas delivery, bear all delivery charges, and maintain regular leakage checks on cylinders.
