Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of interactive screens with comprehensive support services. This tender, referenced as IT/23/25-26, follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The project is located at IBA's Main Campus in the Karachi University Enclave, Sindh province. The tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal from July 03, 2026, and the submission period runs from July 03 to July 24, 2026, concluding at 03:00 PM.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities as active taxpayers. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 08, 2026, at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus, which prospective bidders are required to attend. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) and must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Only bids uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal along with supporting documents will be accepted for evaluation.
Bid documents, including a copy of bid security and earnest money along with supporting documents, must be submitted and uploaded on SPPRA EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The original bid security and original bid (duly signed and stamped) must be physically delivered to IBA Karachi at the Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the bid opening on July 24, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
