Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of Sangfor IAG and NGAF support services. This tender is issued under reference IT/22/25-26 and follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal, with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 payable through Meezan Bank Ltd.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders are required to provide their National Tax Number (NTN), SRB registration number and GST registration number along with their bid submission. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi and drawn on an authorized bank. The tender process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPP Rules 2010.
Bid documents with supporting materials and copies of bid security must be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ between 09:00 AM on July 3, 2026 and 03:00 PM on July 24, 2026. The original bid security and duly signed and stamped original bid must be physically delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on July 24, 2026.
