Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision, supply, and installation of an SMD screen. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender is open to eligible vendors who meet IBA's qualification criteria and possess the necessary technical expertise for SMD screen supply and installation services. The tender reference number is IT/21/25-26, and the tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Interested bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and SRB/GST registration numbers.
Bidder eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities, valid NTN documentation, and SRB/GST registration proof. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated tender value. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at IBA City Campus to allow bidders to assess the installation location and technical requirements. Only active taxpayers with documented experience in SMD screen supply and installation are encouraged to participate.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA tender portal at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS website at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS by July 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Original bid security and signed original bid documents must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the bid opening on July 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM.
