NED University of Engineering & Technology invites sealed bids through a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure from reputed Courier Companies for the hiring of courier services for the Main Campus located in Sindh province. The tender reference is PC/NED/RG/Courier Services/8395/2025 and covers national overnight service delivery, international flat rates, and fuel adjustment charges as detailed in the bid documents. This is a three-year contract for comprehensive courier service provision to support the university's operational requirements.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and State Revenue Board (SRB), possess at least three years of documented experience in the courier industry, and submit audited financial statements and income tax returns for the preceding three years. The minimum average annual turnover for the last three years must be no less than Rs 50 million. Bidders must furnish a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid cost in the form of a payorder payable to the Director of Finance, NEDUET, and submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and freedom from corrupt or fraudulent practices.

Tender issue date is 06-07-2026 with submission deadline of 20-07-2026, and bids will be opened on 21-07-2026 at 10:30 AM. Interested companies should submit their sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals in accordance with the detailed instructions provided in the bidding documents. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to SPP Rules 2010 and may cancel the process at any time prior to bid acceptance.
