Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals for pre-qualification of vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance services across twelve equipment categories for the financial year 2026/2027. The scope of work includes maintenance of computer hardware and IT equipment, air conditioning systems, CCTV cameras with NVRs and accessories, LED televisions, communication and miscellaneous items, solar systems, generators, Siemens and Panasonic telephone exchanges, transformers, photostat machines, Comlab jammers, and miscellaneous machinery. Each bidder must pay Rs 2,000.00 per category to obtain the bidding documents. The procurement is based in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Prospective bidders must possess current FBR registration for GST and NTN, provide evidence of sound financial position supported by bank statements for the preceding twelve months, and submit detailed experience records covering the previous five years of work if available. Applicants are required to furnish particulars of equipment, machinery, and labour resources held by the firm, along with a certificate confirming the absence of any pending litigation. Preference is given to authorized dealers of the mentioned equipment categories in Pakistan with demonstrated capability to provide comprehensive repair, maintenance, and after-sales services to the headquarters.
