Combined Military Hospital Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered well-reputed firms for the provision of LP medicines, disposables, lab kits and implants on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued for Dera Ismail Khan, KPK province, and seeks supply contracts from qualified pharmaceutical and medical suppliers registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan. Interested bidders must submit their maximum rebate or discount offers to be provided on the retail price of medicines.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with SECP or DGDP, registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, and hold active registrations with the income tax department, sales tax department, and be on the active list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). All bidding firms must be well-reputed and meet the prescribed financial and regulatory standards set by the procuring authority.
The tender invitation documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the CMH DI Khan office during working hours. Sealed tender bids must be submitted by 24 July 2026 at 1000 hours to the Medical Officer In-charge Medical Store, CMH DI Khan. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of bidder representatives. Each bid must comprise a single package with two separate envelopes clearly marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal. The hospital reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1).
