Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from qualified contractors and service providers for the hiring of a firm to undertake end-to-end implementation and ISO/IEC certification of NTC Data Centers. This is a comprehensive data center modernization and compliance project, with the tender reference number HQ/ADV-01/2026-27. The scope encompasses complete implementation services and achievement of international ISO/IEC certification standards for NTC's data center infrastructure. The project is based at NTC Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Province. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan and must possess relevant experience in data center implementation and ISO/IEC certification services. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the tender documents. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS electronic procurement system; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders should carefully review the commercial compliance statement and all annexures including the bill of quantity, bid security format, performance bond format, and declaration of beneficial owner information.
The deadline for electronic bid submission is 20 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 hours.
