Pakistan Navy invites sealed tender bids for the engagement of approved Government-recognized Hajj Group Organizers to manage and coordinate Hajj pilgrim convoys from Islamabad and Karachi during 2027. The procurement is for high-quality administrative and logistical services from reputable Hajj Group Organizers meeting established government standards. The tender is issued by the Directorate of Religious Education and Welfare, Naval Headquarters, Islamabad, and represents a significant opportunity for qualified service providers in the Federal territory to participate in the annual Hajj operations organized by Pakistan Navy.
All interested Hajj Group Organizers must submit their bids along with a mandatory bank draft of ten thousand rupees (Rs. 10,000) as bid security. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and addressed to the PN Hajj Account (MRI Dte PN Hajj Account), with reference to account number 0325-0103024777. The bid security is refundable for unsuccessful bidders. Bids must be received at the stipulated office address during official working hours by 10:00 AM on July 20, 2026 (the closing date), and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders and authorized witnesses.
