Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from contractors and service providers for outsourcing of human resource to provide various administrative services to NTC for a period of three years. The tender is issued from NTC Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, and is conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System (EPADS) platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk. This is a comprehensive human resource outsourcing contract covering multiple administrative support functions required by the organization.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan and must demonstrate relevant experience in providing administrative services. All participating contractors and service providers are required to submit a bid security as specified in the tender documents. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in Annex-B of the tender documents, which detail the requirements for employees and the contractor organization itself. Commercial compliance statements and beneficial owner information declarations are mandatory submissions with the bid.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted.
