Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites electronic bids on a percentage rate basis for three civil works projects in Punjab. The first tender (01/2026-27) covers repair and maintenance of bungalows and quarters at MEPCO Colony on Khanewal Road Multan with an estimated cost of Rs 1,668,209 and completion period of 45 days. The second tender (02/2026-27) involves removing, shifting and furnishing of customer facilitation center from 9-Star Arcade opposite DHA Jinnah Gate Bosan Road to Sector-C Shop Nos 01, 02, 03 at DHA Multan with a value of Rs 1,309,546 and 20-day completion period. The third tender (03/2026-27) concerns reconstruction of a boundary wall (fallen/tilted portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Bhong in Sadiqabad with an estimated cost of Rs 1,047,275 and 45-day completion timeline.
Eligible bidders must be firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under category CE-10 with valid registration certificates, active Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registrations. Bid security amounts are Rs 50,046, Rs 39,286, and Rs 31,418 respectively for the three tenders. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS platform (www.eprocure.gov.pk) in the form of original Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan as security.
Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, evaluation criteria and submission procedures are available on EPADS for registered bidders. Interested contractors must register on the EPADS portal and submit documents online. Electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the submission deadline on 22 July 2026 at 14:30 hours at the office of the Superintending Engineer (Civil) MEPCO H.Q Khanewal Road Multan in presence of bidders or their representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with tender number and title before the EBID submission deadline.
