Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed single-stage one-envelope bids from eligible contractors and firms for the extension of retaining wall, MS iron grill installation with pathway planks, and RCC column work between T-6 to T-8 at DAC&GC in Karachi, Sindh. This construction project falls under PEC Category C-6 and above. The tender fee is fixed at Rs 2,000 (non-refundable), and bid documents are available from Maint Dte from 18 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 upon written request and payment. Bidders must submit a valid PEC Registration Certificate for the year 2025 along with their application.
Eligible contractors and firms must possess current PEC registration for the year 2025 as a mandatory requirement. The bid security and other financial qualifications are detailed in the official bid documents. Interested bidders are strongly advised to visit the site at DAC&GC and acquaint themselves with existing site conditions prior to submission of their bids to ensure accurate cost estimation and realistic proposals.
Financial bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered at Maint Dte on or before 1430 hours on 21 August 2026. The proposal opening will take place on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidder or authorized representatives. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under provisions of rules and regulations.
