Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has reserved funds for FY 2026-27 to procure civil works for the renovation and upgradation of Al-Noor Mosque, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. The project is being procured through a single-stage one-envelope tender using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the Authority. Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids from across the Federal Capital Territory and Pakistan.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount as described in the Bidding Document, payable as a bank guarantee, call at deposit, or pay order. Bids must include a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
