The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for three major infrastructure development works in Amnawar under MRS-2025 (1st Annual) procurement. The project comprises three distinct components: Tuff tile and street pavement works with an estimated cost of 35.00 million rupees, installation of street lights valued at 10.00 million rupees, and construction of green belts at 5.00 million rupees, bringing the total project value to 50 million rupees. These development initiatives aim to improve urban infrastructure and public amenities in Amnawar, enhancing community living standards through improved road surfaces, street illumination, and environmental beautification in this Buner district area of KPK province.
Bidders must be government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Civil and Works Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bid security must be submitted at 2% of the estimated cost for bids up to 10% below engineer estimates. Contractors quoting 10% to 20% below estimate must submit additional 8% security, while bids exceeding 20% below estimate require additional security equal to the differential amount plus detailed rate analysis. All bid securities must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Buner and uploaded electronically with a physical copy delivered to the District Secretariat, Tehsil Dagger, Buner. PEC and KPPRA registration must be valid for the current financial year with active tax payer status.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website after publication. The deadline for online clarification submissions is 12:30 PM on July 14, 2026, with electronic bid submission closing at 11:30 AM on July 21, 2026 and opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Interested contractors must register on EPADS to obtain unique credentials for participation. Bids remain valid for 120 days from closure date. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions including cutting prohibitions, rate variation limits, and detailed rate analysis requirements for bids significantly below engineer estimates.
