Description / Scope of Work
Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the procurement of seven distinct packages. The tender includes General Medicines valued at PKR 500,000, Surgical Disposables and Medical Devices valued at PKR 500,000, Installation and Commissioning of CSSD Equipment with bid security of 2% of the bid amount, Maintenance and Repair Works excluding electrical works (MAR Civil) valued at PKR 1,000,000, and three monthly quoted rental packages for Tuck Shop Causality ATH, Tuck Shop MOHC ATH, and Tuck Shop Residential Area ATH. The procurement is being conducted by the Hospital Director's Office in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for essential healthcare and infrastructure support.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all KP-PPRA procurement guidelines. Bid security is required as specified for each package, with amounts ranging from 2% of the bid to fixed amounts like PKR 500,000 and PKR 1,000,000. All bidders are required to register on the EPADS (www.kp.epadplus.gov.pk) portal and submit bids through the EPADS system. Scanned copies of bid documents, preferably original documents, must be uploaded through EPADS along with original hard copies. Bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes as receipt of tender or in the form of a bank draft in favor of the Hospital Director.

The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08-07-2026 at 10:00 hours in the Hospital Director's conference room. Bids must be submitted by 23-07-2026 at 16:30 hours on Monday, 23-07-2026 and 25-07-2026 (for some packages) at 11:00 hours on Monday or Wednesday as specified.
