Description / Scope of Work
The Livestock and Dairy Development (Extension) Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of equipment under the Developmental Scheme titled Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-1). The tender is being conducted under the framework agreement as per KPPRA rules and covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment including LEDs and sound systems. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by the closing date of 20 July 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with opening scheduled for 02:00 PM the same day at the office of the Project Director, Livestock Fisheries and Cooperatives Department, Civil Secretariat, Warsak Road Complex, Peshawar. In case of any situation beyond control, the opening will be rescheduled to the next working day at the same time and location.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturer firms or authorized dealers duly registered with sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA. Participating companies must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the relevant field of equipment supply, installation, and technical services. Required documentation includes company profile with 5 years' experience certificates, proof of agent/distributor/registered supplier status with manufacturer authorization certificates, copy of NTN, STRN, and National Identity Card of the company owner, and detailed brochures or literatures of the equipment to be supplied specifying origin and manufacturing details. A bid security of Rs. 0.06 Million must be furnished in the form of a CDR (duly issued from the bidder's account) in the name of the Project Director and must be attached with financial bid documents.
Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) are available online through EPADS. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS before the closing date; submissions by hand, email, fax, or other means will not be accepted. All documents must be clear, readable, and signed and stamped on both front and back by the authorized signatory of the firm, with CNIC and contact number mentioned to prevent fraudulent signatures. The contract will be for an initial period of June 30, 2027, and is extendible to another year or until project completion under KPPRA rules. Upon award, the successful bidder must execute a contract on Rs. 200 stamp paper and provide technical services for two years from installation date at no cost. A 10% performance security (refundable) will be required as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
