Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites quotations for the provision of pick and drop facility to school going children (male and female) on fifteen different routes for a specified period in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bid security for this procurement is PKR 932,000. This project aims to support employee welfare by facilitating safe and convenient transportation for children attending school, with services to be provided across multiple designated routes in the region.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and provide proof of their business credentials. A bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a call deposit at the office of the General Manager/Project Director is required at the time of bid submission. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all qualification requirements and possess the necessary documentation before proceeding with their submission.
The Request for Quotation document is available in English and may be obtained by eligible bidders having valid FBR registration. Sealed envelopes clearly marked "Request for Quotation for Pick and Drop Transport Facility for School going Children (Male/Female) on Fifteen different routes in Project Area" should be submitted by 1200 hours on 23 July 2026. Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives at the office of the General Manager/Project Director.
