Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Building Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites single stage single envelope e-PAD system tenders for the repair of 1000-playing field tables located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated cost of this work is Rs. 1,93,980 (one lac ninety-three thousand nine hundred eighty rupees only), with a tender value category of E-Cost. The work is to be executed in accordance with KAPPRA procurement rules 2014 and encompasses all repairs and restoration of playing field tables to bring them to functional condition. This is a public sector procurement project issued by the government authority responsible for civil and building works in the Haripur district region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must be contractors quoting their rate up to five percent (5%) below the engineer's estimate and must submit bid security of two percent (2%) of the engineer's estimate. Participating contractors are required to furnish additional security equal to 2.5% of the bid amount. All bidders must possess valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Single Facilitation Procures Act, 2013, and must not be blacklisted or debarred from government contracts. Additional security instruments shall be released to the successful contractor in installments as per project completion stages: 25% at first installment, 50% upon 60% project completion, and 25% at final completion.
Bid documents are available from the C&W Building Division Haripur office, with submission deadline of 21 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on the i-Khyber e-Tendering System using MRS applicable only for technical bids and financial proposals. Bid opening will occur on 21 July 2026.
