Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST), a non-profit organization under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture items. This tender is issued to identify and develop unserved and under-served areas for providing quality education throughout the country. The invitation for bids (IFB) is published under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework and is open to all potential bidders registered with the relevant authorities. The company must be pre-qualified through the SECP approved/recognized vendor list or must be an officially registered company with the Sales Tax Department, having a valid National Tax Number (NTN).
Eligible bidders must be registered companies based in Pakistan with proper documentation and certifications as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. A bid security of required amount must accompany each bid submission in an acceptable form as detailed in the bidding document. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through e-PADS, and the original document must be delivered physically as instructed. Interested bidders can access the detailed bidding document containing all terms, conditions, and specifications from the official procurement portal at e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
The pre-bid meeting will be held on 18th July 2026 at 11:30 hours at the Conference Room of PAK-EEF-NEST office located at 1st Floor, Plot No. 38, Kehkashan Road, H-8-4, Islamabad. Bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding document must be submitted through e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) by or before 11:00 hours PST on 20th July 2026. The bid opening will be conducted at 11:30 hours PST through e-PADS on the same closing date in the presence of bidders' representatives.
