Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of balance works and amenities including infra works and maintenance equipment under the development package for Suri Bakkar in Balochistan. The estimated cost of this project is PKR 1,572,324,800, with tender fee of 1000 PKR and bid security of 2 percent. This procurement is issued under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and follows the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per BPPRA guidelines.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bidders are required to have completed at least two similar assignments worth minimum 1,100,000,000 PKR in previous years, demonstrating financial capacity with firm registration under Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories including CE10(v) for general civil engineering works and CE101(v) for landscaping and horticulture. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee deposit at cut 2 with specified banks. All bidders must register electronically on the BPPRA GOB public procurement system.

Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 July 2026 at 1100 AM on the EPPS system at the address 81-A, Chaman Housing Scheme, Quetta. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 1200 PM.
