Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (PWSA) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of fabrication services for suction machines, with a total quantity of 4500 litres and 33 units required. This tender, referenced as IPL-6819, represents a significant infrastructure initiative valued at an estimated price of 286 million Pakistani rupees. The project is being executed under the jurisdiction of PWSA with offices located in AJWA Sector A-2 Township, Lahore, Punjab. The procurement scope encompasses complete fabrication of suction machines to specified technical requirements, with detailed documentation and terms available on the e-PADS portal and through the Punjab Regulatory Authority website.
Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, contractors, and companies registered on e-PADS with valid registration certificates from the relevant provincial authority. Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess necessary tax clearance. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated price, amounting to 5.72 million rupees, is mandatory for all submissions. Technical bids will be evaluated on the same day of opening in the presence of bidders' representatives at the designated venue, with non-responsive bids subject to rejection based on established criteria.
Complete e-bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS platform at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The bid submission deadline is 10 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 10 July 2026 at 11:30 AM. Hard copies of bids are not acceptable and must be submitted exclusively through the online system.
