Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE) in Lahore, Punjab seeks to establish a high-quality, modern coffee outlet or café adjacent to its Padel Court facility. The procuring agency intends to engage a professionally managed and reputable operator to establish, operate and manage a compact kiosk or small container serving healthy drinks, snacks and light food items to padel court players aged 5-16 years, after-school members, students, staff, visitors and guests. The outlet will be located within premises provided by the agency at 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore and must operate in a hygienic, safe and customer-friendly environment with quick, courteous service. The engagement will be carried out transparently in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.
The selected operator must be a renowned and famous café or coffee outlet already operating in Lahore, demonstrating technical competence, financial soundness and relevant experience managing coffee outlets in public or private organizations. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation establishing their qualification, business track record, and operational capability. The operator will be responsible for all establishment, operations, maintenance, utilities, hygiene standards, human resources and compliance requirements throughout the contract period.
