Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of an SMD Screen. This single-stage, one-envelope tender (Reference: IT/21/25-26) is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province. The procurement is being conducted following SPP Rules 2010 and will be managed through the SPPRA EPADS portal. The site visit is mandatory and scheduled for July 09, 2026 at 10:00 AM at IBA City Campus, providing bidders with the opportunity to inspect the installation location and understand project requirements.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant authorities and are required to submit a bid security of 2% in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to 'IBA Karachi'. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, which must be paid via challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. All bids must be submitted through the SPPRA EPADS platform along with supporting documents; in case of discrepancies between EPADS-submitted bids and manually submitted bids, the EPADS version will be considered valid for evaluation. Original bid security and the original signed and stamped bid document must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus before the bid opening schedule.
Tender documents are available for download from both the IBA website (https://tenders.iba.edu.pk) and the SPPRA EPADS website (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/). Bids may be submitted from July 03, 2026 at 09:00 AM until July 24, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on July 24, 2026 at 03:30 PM at IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, in the presence of bidders' representatives.
