Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers for the provision and supply of SANGFOR IAG and NGAF Support services. This tender is issued under reference IT/22/25-26 and follows a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The tender is open to qualified bidders registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province, with the primary location of work and administration based at IBA's Main Campus in the Karachi University Enclave. The scope encompasses the supply and ongoing support of Sangfor Internet Access Gateway and Next Generation Application Firewall technologies to meet IBA's network security and infrastructure requirements.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with appropriate tax authorities and must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft equivalent to 2 percent of the bid value, made payable to IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, which must be paid through a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Only bidders whose bids are uploaded on SPPRA EPADS along with complete supporting documentation will be considered for evaluation; in case of any contradiction between EPADS-submitted and manually-submitted bids, the EPADS version will be deemed valid.
Bid documents must be submitted and uploaded on SPPRA EPADS between July 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM and July 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The original bid security and original signed and stamped bid document must be delivered to IBA Karachi, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the bid opening. Bids will be opened publicly on July 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM at the same venue in the presence of bidders' representatives.
