PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the purchase of crockery and cutlery items with Defence Authority Club (DA Club) logo. The tender is issued by the Procurement Division of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority located in Karachi, Sindh. Bidders must be registered firms with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. Tender documents will be provided upon written application to the undersigned office against payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000, payable via Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Bid security and all other compliance requirements as specified in the tender documents must be fulfilled. Only reputed and experienced suppliers in crockery and cutlery manufacturing or supply are encouraged to participate in this procurement process.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Director Procurement office at 2/B East Street, Phase-1, DHA Karachi-75500 upon submission of a written application and the required fee. Sealed bids must be submitted and reach the undersigned office by 15 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours on the same date. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations under its procurement rules and regulations. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.
