Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a subsidiary of e& and the largest integrated Information Communication Technology company in Pakistan, is seeking expressions of interest for the hiring of a media buying agency to serve both PTCL and Ufone (MergCo). PTCL has evolved from a telephone and telegraph department established in 1947 to become a leading provider of digital and telecommunication technologies. Ufone, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTCL that commenced operations on 29th January 2001, has rapidly expanded its coverage and customer base to establish itself as one of Pakistan's most active, aggressive, and innovative cellular service providers. The scope of this engagement covers media buying services for both entities operating under the merged structure.
Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all bidders interested in supplying materials or services. Bidders must include their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL in their submission. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the registration process to establish a good and continuous business relationship with PTCL. The vendor registration form is available for download from PTCL's official website. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest without assigning any reason to participating companies.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform before 12:00 PM on 10th July 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned.
