Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops as described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. This procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority. The tender is open to all registered bidders on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, with bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements accessible through the federal procurement portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/71333.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Those vendors not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The e-bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-Bidding Documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before September 03, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at September 03, 2026, 11:30 AM. In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for the subject procurement.
