THQ Hospital Chichawatni invites sealed bids for outsourcing of laundry services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is for the Tehsil Headquarter Hospital located in Chichawatni, Punjab, with an estimated tender value of PKR 6,000,000. The hospital seeks reputed companies, firms, individuals, or societies with at least one year of experience in similar laundry business operations to provide comprehensive laundry services throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate prior experience in laundry services for a minimum period of one year. Interested companies and agencies are required to submit their bids complete in all respects with a 2% bid security amounting to PKR 120,000, payable via Certified Demand Draft or CDR issued in favor of THQ Hospital Chichawatni drawn on any scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed two-bid format with technical and financial bids kept separate, accompanied by the tender fee receipt. Any bids received without the required bid security and tender fee receipt will not be considered.

All sealed bids must be submitted before 12:00 noon on July 18, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
