Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Small Industries Corporation invites technical and financial bids from well-reputed and experienced firms and contractors for the development of PSIC's commercial plot located at Chowk Churatta in D.G Khan, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 25,766,862 with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1,288,343. The project completion period is four months and falls under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. This procurement aims to develop the commercial property to enhance PSIC's infrastructure and economic contributions in the region.
Eligible applicants must hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C5 or above for the relevant field of specialization. Firms must be legally registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or registered with the Registrar of Firms or Government-owned Organizations. Applicants require valid tax certificates from FBR or PRA, and undertaking on Judicial Stamp Paper confirming they have never been blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. The earnest money must be submitted as CDR in favor of the Director Works and Development, PSIC Head Office Lahore, amounting to 5% of the tender cost.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and EPADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk at no cost. Interested firms must register on E-PADS portal for participation. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS website by 20-07-2026 before 10:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 11:00 AM on the same date at PSIC House, 23-A Davis Road Lahore.
