Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites electronic bids from technically and financially strong contractors, firms and suppliers for the rehabilitation of roads, sewerage infrastructure and construction of boundary walls with gates and gate pillars at the Fruit and Vegetable Market in Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 602,442,869 with a completion deadline of 30 December 2026. This infrastructure development project aims to improve market facilities and operational standards in Sargodha.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADs as per PPRA Regulations 2024 and possess valid Category C-2 or above registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in specified codes including CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11, EE11, BC01, BC04, EE04 and ME07. Contractors must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and PNTN certificates, maintaining regular social security deposits with the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security of PKR 30,122,143 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, bank guarantee, demand draft or banker's cheque from a scheduled Pakistani bank is mandatory and must be submitted in favour of Director Agriculture Marketing Development Fund (AMDF) Lahore by the tender opening deadline.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.eprocure.gov.pk starting 30 June 2026. All bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding instructions and uploaded on the E-PADS platform by 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 20 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with only technically responsive bidders qualifying for financial bid evaluation. Bidders must submit complete rate analysis with item-wise quotations rather than percentage-based bids, with all pages of bidding documents stamped and signed by authorized representatives. The bid validity period is 120 days and performance security of up to 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
