Furniture, Fixtures, Store Items, Uniforms and Repair Services Procurement by Punjab Civil Secretariat

The I&C / Cabinet Wing, Stores and General Administration Department (S&GAD) at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore invites electronic bids on lot basis for the purchase of furniture and fixtures, other store items, entertainment and gifts, uniform and protective clothing, and repair of furniture services. The procurement is divided into six separate lots with an estimated total value of Rs. 56.5 million. Lot 1 covers furniture and fixtures (Rs. 4.5 million), Lot 2 covers others (Rs. 12.5 million), Lot 3 covers cost of other store items (Rs. 13 million), Lot 4 covers entertainment and gifts (Rs. 18.5 million), Lot 5 covers uniform and protective clothing (Rs. 1.5 million), and Lot 6 covers repair of furniture (Rs. 7 million). Bidders should submit separate e-bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis.

Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers, or joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Each e-bid must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated price for the respective lot, provided in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made in the name of the Section Officer (Cabinet-II), I&C Wing, S&GAD, Lahore. Late bids will be rejected outright.

The complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk with the deadline for e-bid submission on July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, and bidders are required to submit original CDR, attested affidavits, and samples of all goods items by the same date and time.
